Bloating can be an uncomfortable experience for those who

stop bloating. Consuming these or drinking quickly often causes
an excess or air in your digestive system which tends to be very
common with bloating. Try to take small sips of your drink or
even better still try just drinking water with your meal.
Another unknown factor is drinking smoothies or eating fruit as
these are considered very good for our health, but if you
consume too much or excessive quantities you can have to much
fiber which in turn will result in bloating.
